REFUND POLICY

C5 Training Space Refund Policies
Certain aspects of the service may be provided for a fee or other charges. If you elect to use paid aspects of the service, you agree to the terms of sale, pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. C5 Training Space may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend the same for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.
You may cancel your personal training or diet counselling at any time; however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In the event that C5 Training Space suspends or terminates your account or this agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any license or subscription fees for any portion of the service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.). C5 Training Space does not validate all credit card information required by the customer's payment provider to secure payment.
In the event of any billing problems or discrepancies thus encountered, the customer ought to notify C5 Training Space within 30 days.
Results of personal trainer sessions are dependent on number of suggested classes in a month (at least 4) along with the trainer's advice on non-personal trainer sessions and adherence to the diet plan provided by C5 Training Space’s nutritionist. In case, customer does not see results even after following the C5 Training Space’s Personal Trainer regime, he is liable for a refund provided he is not suffering from any health diseases like thyroid, PCOS, high blood pressure, high cholesterol etc as results may take longer.(Expense of the medical check up to claim refund will be borne by the customer). But we assure you, with the right lifestyle and workout regime, anyone can get good results.
1. At C5 Training Space, we have a clear ‘No Refund Policy’. Once gym membership is purchased online on our platform, there will be no refund. Thus, the buyer is advised to make an informed decision while making a purchase on our platform.
2. Membership once purchased is not transferable
3. Please note that C5 Training Space’s decision on any refund & cancellation policy shall be final & binding.
