Privacy Policy
C5 Training Space (“C5”, “we”, “us”) operates the gym at 4th Floor, Xion Mall, behind Vivanta Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit www.c5trainingspace.com, book a trial, buy a membership or personal-training package, or pay online.
1. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, mobile number, email, city and emergency contact.
- Membership details: plan chosen, start date, coach assigned, class interest (gym, MMA, Zumba, calisthenics, yoga, personal training).
- Payment details: amount, order ID, payment status and Razorpay payment ID. We do not store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Those are handled by Razorpay.
- Website and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and enquiry form submissions.
- Health and training notes you choose to share (injuries, goals). We treat this as sensitive and use it only to coach you safely.
2. How we use the information
- Create and manage your membership or personal-training package.
- Process payments, invoices, failed-payment retries and refunds through Razorpay.
- Confirm trials, class slots and desk follow-ups on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Improve the website and measure visits (if analytics tags are active).
- Meet tax, accounting and legal duties in India.
3. Payments and Razorpay
Online payments on this site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, you also share checkout data with Razorpay under its own privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy. C5 receives confirmation of success or failure, the amount and a transaction reference. Card data is tokenised by the payment partner and is not stored on C5 servers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell member data. We share information only with:
- Payment partners (Razorpay and their banks / UPI apps) to complete a transaction.
- Coaches and front-desk staff who need it to deliver training.
- Accountants, auditors or government authorities when Indian law requires it.
- IT / hosting vendors who store the website under confidentiality terms.
5. Retention
Membership and payment records are kept for as long as the account is active and then for the period required under Indian tax and company law (typically 8 years for financial records). Enquiry forms that do not convert may be deleted earlier.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or withdraw consent for marketing messages. Write to Info@c5trainingspace.com or WhatsApp +91 84324 86999. We will respond within a reasonable period under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
7. Children
Memberships for minors are taken only with a parent or guardian’s details and consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children for online checkout without that consent.
8. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Payment pages are hosted or framed by Razorpay. Access to member records at the gym desk is limited to authorised staff.
