By using www.c5trainingspace.com, walking into the gym, or paying online, you agree to these terms. The business is C5 Training Space, 4th Floor, Xion Mall, behind Vivanta Hotel, Hinjewadi, Pune 411057.
1. Services
C5 provides gym access, MMA / kickboxing, Zumba, calisthenics, yoga and personal training. Class times and coaches can change. A membership is a licence to use the facility during published hours, not a sale of equipment or space.
2. Eligibility and conduct
- You confirm the information you give us is accurate.
- You train at your own risk and should tell the coach about injuries.
- Follow staff instructions, respect other members and do not share your access.
- C5 may suspend access for unsafe or abusive behaviour without a refund.
3. Prices and checkout
Published prices are: 1 month ₹3,599/- · 3 months ₹5,999/- · 6 months ₹7,999/- · 12 months ₹11,999/- · personal training ₹10,000–₹14,000 per month. Online payments are collected by Razorpay on our behalf. A successful payment creates a binding order. Membership starts on the date confirmed by the desk, not automatically on the payment timestamp if a start date is agreed later.
4. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Website
Content, photos and the C5 name are owned by C5 Training Space. Do not copy them for another business. We may update these pages without notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the new text.
7. Liability
Gym and combat sports involve risk of injury. To the extent allowed by Indian law, C5 is not liable for indirect loss, lost training time, or injury arising from failure to follow coaching or from a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
